Experience
I was an actor in Los Angeles and NYC for 25 years. I've studied. I've earned my living for a time. Now I live in Pennsylvania with Phil the Cat. This site is meant to be a creative outlet, and an offering of my interests and pleasure.
Skills
I have found that my experience and interests have granted me the skills to be helpful to you as guide in acting, audition techniques and public speaking. I enjoy breaking down scripts and finding a way into and through dramatic and comedic material.
I am also skilled in creative writing, editing, and bringing clarity to your creative ideas.
Training
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and Theatre from Ithaca College. But, more importantly, I have taken uncountable acting and creative writing classes over decades. I have earned a living as an actor in Hollywood, studied in NYC, and, like so many others, have sat at my desk filling up notebooks and reading plays and books. We train by being alive.
